A New Orleans native, Rachel Jacob is an award winning writer/director who has worked in the industry for over 15 years. Coming up through the AD and Casting departments, she has directed many award-winning short films as well as produced a short-form web series. She is currently taking her experience and love of cinema and channeling it into writing, directing, and producing feature-length projects. Rachel's aim in filmmaking is to have her films make deep impacts, not only in storytelling but in society at large by partnering with organizations that want to help make the world a better place and who provide the resources to make that happen.
